Vineetha M G is a distinguished corporate lawyer and the Founding Partner of Samvad Partners, one of India’s premier full-service law firms. With over two decades of experience spanning private equity, cross-border M&A, and infrastructure, she has been instrumental in establishing Samvad’s reputation for integrity and innovation.

An alumna of the National Law School of India University and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, her practice has consistently been ranked among India’s best by Chambers Asia-Pacific, Legal 500, and IFLR1000 - a testament to her professional excellence and ethical leadership.

Beyond the boardrooms, Vineetha is deeply anchored in social purpose, dedicating significant energy to pro bono work in access to justice and gender equality, for which she received the International Bar Association’s Pro Bono Award (2024). She currently serves on the Boards of the Grameen Foundation India and on the advisory board of the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBC³).
